DanceFlowW
Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 8, 2026
Overview
DanceFlowW helps you import practice videos or audio files, analyze rhythm, separate audio tracks, and review timing in a private practice workflow.
Most local practice work stays on your device. Creating an account is optional and is only needed when you choose to upload, view, or manage private 3D learning assets.
Information We Process
- User-selected videos, audio files, and related media metadata.
- Project data such as project names, BPM, beat grids, markers, and settings.
- Derived local files such as video proxies, audio stems, waveform data, and rhythm analysis results.
- Account information such as email address, authentication session data, and supported third-party sign-in identifiers when you choose to sign in.
- Private upload files and generated learning assets when you choose to upload a video.
- Basic technical information generated by the device or operating system for diagnostics and app operation.
How We Use Information
- To import and prepare user-selected media for dance practice.
- To extract audio, analyze rhythm, separate stems, and synchronize playback.
- To store local project state so users can reopen and continue sessions.
- To operate optional accounts, sign-in, password recovery, and supported Apple login flows.
- To process private uploads and show the resulting learning assets only to the account that owns them.
- To improve reliability, performance, and safety of the app experience.
Local Practice And Private Uploads
DanceFlowW processes supported video and audio files on the device for local practice features whenever possible.
If you choose to upload a video from the 3D assets page, DanceFlowW uses that video to generate your private learning asset and separated audio tracks. Uploaded videos and generated results are tied to your account and are visible only to you.
Accounts And Sign-In
Signing in is not required to open public learning assets or use local practice workflows. It is required for uploading, viewing, playing, and managing private 3D learning assets.
When you sign in, we use your account information to keep your private uploads and generated learning assets associated with you.
Storage And Deletion
Imported media, generated stems, analysis results, and project data may be stored locally on the device. Users can delete projects in the app to remove associated local project data. Removing the app may also remove locally stored app data according to the operating system behavior.
Private uploads and generated learning assets are stored under your account. You can delete private assets or your account in the app, or contact support for account, deletion, or privacy requests.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We do not use your practice media for advertising or unrelated purposes. We do not require users to publish or share practice videos.
Permissions
DanceFlowW may request access to media selection features so users can choose videos or audio files. The app uses selected files only for the features described in this policy.

DanceFlowW is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us through the support page.
