Keep the hard part on loop
Set the beginning and end of a section with A/B looping. Reduce playback speed to study a transition, then bring it back up as it becomes familiar.
Your video. Your pace.
DanceFlowW is a dance practice app for replaying choreography, slowing video down, mirroring the view and listening to separate music stems. Start with a prepared 3D example, or import your own video for local practice.
No account needed for the public example or local practice. Creating a private 3D asset is a separate, signed-in cloud workflow.

Set the beginning and end of a section with A/B looping. Reduce playback speed to study a transition, then bring it back up as it becomes familiar.
02 / LISTEN
Adjust vocals, drums, bass and the remaining accompaniment. Bring a rhythm part forward when the full mix makes a cue hard to hear.
03 / LOOK
Mirror the video to change how you follow it. In the prepared 3D example, rotate the skeleton view to inspect the movement from another angle.
Local import prepares a practice project on the device where you import it. The first run may need additional processing resources, and preparation depends on the video, device and available memory. Start with a short clip you have permission to use.
Music separation is an estimate: sounds can bleed between stems. The 3D view is a movement reference, not automatic technique correction or a score for your dancing. Importing a local video does not automatically create a cloud 3D asset.
Understand local practice and private cloud 3D · Check devices and downloads
Choose a short phrase, set a loop and join the transitions.
Compare the same front-facing pose before and after a flip.
Count along with an original pulse exercise and check the timing.
Compare the public example’s soundtrack with its drum and bass estimates.
Start with the task: your video, music study or a taught class.
DanceFlowW provides tools for practising with a video you choose. It does not provide a structured lesson curriculum or replace a teacher’s feedback.
Yes. The local import workflow processes and stores the project on your device. Uploading a video for private cloud 3D preparation is a separate action that requires an account.
Local projects do not automatically sync between devices. Keep your original source files; browser data removal or uninstalling the app can remove local project data.
